We are the data controller for information collected on this website and are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under number ZB904454. What we collect

When you ask for quotes we collect your name, phone number, email address, the postcode of the site, and the details of the building you want (type, size, budget, timescale and any notes), and any photos you choose to upload. We also log the date, the page you came from and your IP address to help prevent spam.

What we do with it

We use your details to match your enquiry with suitable suppliers or builders and pass it to up to three of them, who will contact you by phone or email about your project. The lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. We do not sell your details to anyone for unrelated marketing.

Business finance

For agricultural and commercial buildings, the form asks whether you need business finance. Only if you tick the separate finance box will we forward your details to our selected commercial finance brokers, who may contact you about business finance options for the project. This covers business borrowing only, not personal or consumer loans. You can withdraw this consent at any time.

Who we share it with

Independent UK businesses that supply, build or install sheds, garden buildings, agricultural buildings or steel frame buildings in your area, and, only if you ask for business finance and tick the finance box, our selected commercial finance brokers. Each becomes a separate controller of your details once they receive them and must handle them under their own privacy policy. We also use our web host and email provider to run the site.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records, including any photos, for up to 24 months, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time by emailing david@avantigocapital.co.uk. If you withdraw consent we will tell the businesses we passed your details to. You can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
